Terms and conditions required in requesting a Product Return
Prior to returning any product, you must obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from roadtravelproducts.com

NOTE: An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase. Thereafter, all sales are final.
RMA numbers are valid for 15 business days from date of issue. Product must be returned to the location designated in the RMA within this time period. The RMA number must appear on your address label. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number.
Crediting Your Account
To receive credit, all products must be returned per instructions on the RMA. Any non-defective product must be in "as new" condition, in the original box and packaging with all original accessories, documentation and UPC codes. Any variance from these conditions could result in a delay or forfeiture of your credit.
Credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Credits on non-defective product may not include original shipping and handling charges. Returns on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days to post the credit to your account.
Product Replacement
Should you request a replacement product be shipped prior to our receiving the product to be returned, ISSI will charge your account or credit card for the new product. Upon receipt and inspection of the original product as specified in the RMA, we will credit your account or credit card. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and applicable sales tax for replacement orders.
Refused Packages
If we do not advise you to refuse a package if it is not damaged in shipping, a 15% restocking fee may be charged against your account. This fee is assessed to cover our processing fees.
General Policies
-All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
-Non-defective returns will be shipped at the customer's expense.
-Returns must be received within 15 business days of the RMA issue date.
Some products are sold with a manufacturer's warranty are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer. If found defective, returns should be coordinated directly with the manufacturer.
When returning products, we strongly recommend using a carrier that can track packages. The customer assumes responsibility for insuring non-defective returned items.
No returns will be accepted without original packing material and documentation. All items must be returned in "new" condition including all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and instruction manuals.
